dk1947 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dk1947 at dk1947.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of which device or browser they use to access it.

Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and, where fraud is detected, forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification checks. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with any other person. dk1947 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

dk1947 may carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of ownership of the payment method used, or other supporting documents. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dk1947 supports deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. All balances on the platform are held and displayed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by dk1947 for PKR deposits through supported channels.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time under normal conditions. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank or financial institution. dk1947 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times or technical issues at the payment provider's end.

4.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier section of your account. dk1947 reserves the right to update these minimums at any time with reasonable notice provided via the platform.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

5. Withdrawals

If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement and opt into a new promotion, the terms of the new promotion will specify how the existing bonus balance is handled. In most cases, you will need to complete or forfeit the existing bonus before activating a new one.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated play to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — is strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, dk1947 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated wins and suspend or close the account.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress that has not been completed before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Gameplay

Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for the gameplay element in question.

7.2 Technical Failures

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at dk1947's discretion. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). Palpable errors in odds — where a price is clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — will be voided regardless of the outcome of the event.

7.4 Live Casino

Live Casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. The result of each round is final as determined by the dealer and confirmed in the live stream. In the event of a stream interruption that prevents the completion of a round, the round will be voided and stakes returned unless the result was already confirmed in the stream before the interruption occurred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk1947 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an account is closed by dk1947 for a reason other than a confirmed breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable verification checks. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player.

14. Changes to These Terms
